Hello Dear Friends! It's been a hectic few weeks for me. I started a new job, and it's going well. Other family dramas have mellowed out, and I've had a chance to get out and shoot and somewhat replenish my photo library! I bought this fabulous huge pot of fuschia mums at the market on Saturday. I love Mums in the fall. I'll also be posting fruits and veggies over the next few weeks...the market is absolutely brimming with delectables this time of year! Have a wonderful day!

Good Morning Friends!! Wishing you Peace Joy and Lotsa Love on this beautiful August morning. Where did the summer go? It's almost September, and fall! I took this at the Market with my iphone. Please bear with me as my posts may be a little sporadic over the next couple of weeks. All of sudden my life is filled with things that are taking time from my beloved creative time. I have a new job that requires many hours and some travel and my family on the East coast suffered some big blows from Irene. My sister in Vermont pretty much lost her farm in Irene and my heart is sad. Creativity and art is what feeds my soul, so to the best of my ability I will make time. Please know that I appreciate your kind words and support. I do read all notes and I do hop by your blogs, but I may not be commenting as much for awhile. Happy Sunday Friends! It's getting to that time of year when the fruits and vegetables take center stage over flowers so I'll be mixing that theme into my posts here on Capture! Actually, as much as I love the flower season, fall is my favorite time of year. Have a wonderful day!

It's been a very different kind of summer this year. The unexpected heat wave caused plants to whither sooner than normal. I didn't see as many bees, butterflies or insects as I have in previous summers. Here is wasp I captured on my chive plant. I was a little nervous getting so close, but he didn't seem to notice me.
